Q.
Doctor my baby is 6 month starting today so can I give solid food and what will be the best to offer.

Shilpa SalwanMom of 2 children4 years agoA. in case the baby is able to hold the head properly only then you can start with semi solids and it should ideally be consulted with a pediatrician you can start with cerelac rice as the first semi solid food for a little one start with giving once a day and then slowly and gradually you can increase the quantity by giving it three times a day
