Doctor, my baby is 6.5 months old. I am trying to introduce semi solid. what should I introduce? Any recipe guideline will be helpful for me

If you’re looking for recipes and an entire guideline then there is a baby meal planner section on the app you can check over there along with that please add salt and spices in the food for proper flavour a lot of doctors don’t advise I agree but my doctor advice so I give the same advice because I never faced the problem in feeding my child
