Doctor my baby is 45 days old. Some kind of infection on the outer side of throat like little little pimple and reddish skin, Please suggest what is the cause and how to cure it. thanks

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and it is very normal and please maintain proper hygiene and clean baby neck properly time to time and apply lacto calamine lotion on baby effective area. Take care
