Give homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. At least 500 ml of milk every day including milk products like curd, paneer, cheese and breast milk. Add powdered nuts like almonds to baby’s food. You can give eggs and non veg foods. Add ghee to baby’s food.

Give three meal and two snacks including seasonal fruits vegetables cereals mashed potato mashed banana porridge khichadi curd rice dal rice etc
Wash hands often before touching your baby
