Juices
Chocolates
Chips
Sweets and other food items that tend to stick to the tooth surface.

visit your dentist who can give needed medicines and treatment for this.
at home , brush your child teeth twice in a day.
I would suggest to use Babyhug toothpaste for this.
avoid giving cold and sugary food items.
