for fruits you can make a bowl add some nuts , fresh cream, make popsicles as well, add them in custard , fresh fruit milk shakes etc

yes it is important for a child to take these all in sufficient amount
so please keep your trying best
serve such food items with different taste, different shapes and different texture
for example
cut fruits in different shapes like star heart etc using shape cutter
it will help to encourage your child to take interest in food
