doctor, my 6 months old kid is not properly slept I day or night. he is feeding enoughly. how can I make him sleep.well atleast in night.

A. Dear ma’am, during growth spurt the sleep pattern can be erratic. Give lots of skin to skin time or even baby wearing helps. Keep the room dark. And make sure the room isn’t warm
