Q.

Doctor, my 2 years old baby suffering from fever, i have meftal p tablets, now how much quantity of tablet wants to give? I or 1/2? Please tell me immediately?

A. it is not advisable to use mefenamic acid in the baby unless the temperature it is very better to give only calpol 250 3 ml to the baby which is only paracetamol
