Q.

Doctor mere bete 99 days old.aj subha se woh bohot sneezing kar raha hai and uska naak se pani jaisa mucus aa raha hain.uske naak se Garr Garr awaz aa raha hai.kabhi kabhi khas raha hai .kya karu doctor.kya mein usko bath de sakti hoon? yeh weather change ki wajah se ho raha hai.kya karu please suggest.

A. probably even in 3 days baby is suffering from viral infection the reason for secretions and nasal discharge in the baby there is no problem in giving bathing the baby and use steam inhalation also

A. yes it can be due to weather change. put full length clothes and keep the head covered with soft cotton cap. give lots of indirect steam to the baby. put saline drops into the nostrils. continue breast feeding as it has natural healing properties. consult with your pediatrician once if required.
