Doctor mere baby ko bohot vomitings ho rahe hain.. Paani bhi nahi reh raha hai. Kuch b nahi kha rahi hai.. Plz kuch batayein

I suggest you please consult with your pediatrician about this matter because physical examination of child is important for proper diagnosis and treatment
