Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children1 Year agoA. de sakte hai g. in monsoon season there will be recurrent viral infections main reason for cold and cough sometimes it can be because of allergies also please give steam inhalation frequently and antihistamins

Yes you can give it to the child it is a basic antiallergic that you can offer to the child there is no problem with that along with that for fever you can give basic paracetamol that you have available otherwise you can give T 98 to the child that is also good to be given
