Q.

doctor.. im 34 weeks pregnant and my baby position is unstable lie placenta upper grade 3 AFI shown only 8.9 cm im afraid.. what can i do now? is there is any chance of normal delivery?

A. these are normal finding ok. see more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide yousee only the doctor who can see you in person can judge what is the right status. best to trust her

A. If The a FI is low then most of the times if it is quite low then doctors do operate you for an emergency C section because of the liquid is actually becoming less then yes they could be a possibility but you stretch it up till the time of your normal labour triggers then yes that could be a possibility that time also that you can have a normal delivery but mostly the chances of C-section are quite high
