doctor I want to know how much amount of food means one bowl of rice / should i gave to my 16 month old baby..he is 10.6 kg.

A. his,weight is good. their is no specific ruke for quantity of food.. it depends on hunger, liking, n digesion of individual. give as much he accept happily.offer verity of food. tc

My baby food chart is Morning -Raagi Porridge 1 bowl Afternoon- Rice and dal(carrot/potato/tomato slices are added for both meals) 1 bowl Evening (7am) -Rice n dal 1 bowl Bowl in the sense, the silver bowl which we use for kids.
