Doctor I am giving cerelac to my 10 month baby along with suji and other home made items, but now I am reading in all websites that cerelac is jot good for babies. now what should I do? should I stop giving it to my baby

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. you can give home made cerelac than commercial one. Home made porridges are better than commercial preparations. You can make a variety: sooji kheer, rice kheer, thick soups made from a mixture of pulses, cereals and seasonal vegetables, rice-daal khichdi.
