Q.
Doctor has suggested to start with 1 scoop nestum/easum and fruit juice after completion of 4 months. is it safe to feed ?

This is strange how doc has recommended this. According to WHO it is recommended to give exclusive breastfeeding till 6 month exclusively and don't forget to burp after every feed. Mother's milk is complete food. Infact no need to give water till 6 month as mother's milk contains more than 80% water in it.
Please follow the same.
