Q.
Doctor has recommended Coughwar - Kid syrup for my daughter for cough. After she started drinking the syrup she feels too sleepy and tired all the time.Is it a side effect of the syrup?

Cough and cold can we because of some allergic reaction in the body most of the time it is viral in the origin need to give symptomatic treatment first like steam inhalation and some home rbemedies cough expyectorant may be required along with anti allergic medications

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children2 years agoA. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and yes most if the times babies feel sleepy after having syrup. Please give baby proper diet before sleeping and apply Luke warm mustard oil on baby chest.
