Doctor has prescribed caldikind p nf for my new born who is a premie. Is it safe to give this syrup at such an age ? And what is the appropriate dosage in this case ?

as it is prescribed by your pediatrician it must be safe.
but if you have doubt ,better to discuss this with your pediatrician
because he knows well about your child health and he must take the things in consderation before prescribing the medicine.
