Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 7 m old boy4 years agoA. if the growth of the child is proper weight gain height gain is normal and the child is not having any other complaints then you can stop the multivitamin but you should continue vitamin d supplements if you are not taking the child properly in the sunlight
