Q.

Doctor gave me drops for constipation something lilogyen drop something. I don’t know exactly the name. But pharmacy person gave me wrong medicine. I gave for 2 days and checked medicine today but it was wrong medicine. Name of wrong medicine is ondansetron oral solution I.P. Will there be any problem. I gave this ondansetron to my 5 month old baby. I am worried!!

A. it is vomiting medicine nothing will happen a single heavy dose for the child should not cause any major problem. there is a possibility that the child might have vomiting. it will be single episode and then it should stop. on the side effects part it may not be that much relevant so no need to worry. it is important that ixn the future you should give proper quantity to the child in case of medicines
