doctor for autism pls tell

Hello maam , autism is not completely curable but I would just like to tell you First you need to consult a child psychologist for regarding the same and he will probably tell you whether the child is autistic or is having delayed age group so it is that your way you’ll be sure about it apart from that I would advise you to consult a homeopathic doctor after this and go for a proper treatment regarding the same as treatment to deal with delayed age issues and what is them to a certain level I would just like to say that somewhere around 50 to 60% your child can get relief. I’m telling you all of this with a personal experience I would advise you to consult the doctor
