Doctor can you please tell what is the ideal weight of four month old baby and how many times in a day do we need to feed our child?

ideally,4 months old baby should have weight between 3.8 to 5 kg.
but for feeding ,as such no need to follow specific timetable and amount.
you should offer breastfeeding as per your child needs.
