A. The cycles are usually irregular even up to a period of one year after giving birth so keep using contraception and if you wish to make your cycles regular then consult your gynecologist for hormonal treatmentWrite Your Answer Here

A. Hanuman Tere liye difference in the periods coming dates but nothing to be worried continue taking the food well and be stress free if you are free and possible to do yoga please do yoga that will be helpful for your stress free periods
