A. dear six months pe food start Krna hai but remember one new food one at. time sb ek saath nhi dena hai ragi porridge wheat porridge rice porridge Dalia sabudana khichdi cerelac puree mashed fruits and vegetables as potato sweet potato carrot pear sapota banana apple pumpkin remember one new food one at a time slowly and gradually increase the intake
