Doc, my son is 11 years old. He has dark patches around the back of his neck, and there are three skin tags under his arms. Could these be symptoms of diabetes?

A. No ma’am I don’t think so it’s all associated with diabetes I think it is just associated sometimes with early pigmentation due to some skin related issues or maybe nutritional deficiency but can be provided by a dermatologist after running some test and check up
