doc meri 1 year 3 month compelte baby girl doc me working meri daughter feed karti h doc mujhe ye puchna h me baby ko feed ghr jake karti hu aur night m feed karti h... doc to koi problem to nai hogi mujhe

A. Hi mom Write Do some light exercise yoga regularly Give three meal and two snacks including seasonal fruits vegetables cereals protein rich nutritious food Make meal time fun with toys and story Gradually stop feeding at day then at night Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements
