A. Dear mum, the weight gain of a baby does not depend upon the diet of your baby. As a breastfeeding mother what you eat does not affect your baby because breast milk is formed from mother’s blood. However for milk supply, you should have a balanced diet having variety of food groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. Have lots of fluids and water.
