Do pacifiers cause gas in babies? is it safe to keep in babies mouth during sleeping?

ExpertDr. Pandurang sawantPaediatrician6 years agoA. Yes it may also cause gas in stomach. Its not safe And hence not recommended It may cause infection in small babies And very difficult afterwards to wean from pacifire habbit Avoid pacifier if possible
