Take high protein contain food like- Milk and ghee and, grains, oatmeals, cereals, pulses, dried fruits, fresh fruits band vegetables,like methi, carrot,garlic, Bottle Gourds,
Whole Grains Sprouted
spices like Cumin Seeds, Poppy Seeds and Fennel Seed, Fenugreek Seeds.
And lots of fluids including clean boiled water, fresh fruit juice, coconut water.

If you still feel wrong then take small portion initially then increase gradually to see how baby respond to the breast milk.
