Formula is made especially for babies., taking care of their nutrition. also immunity depends not only upon breastfeeding. it depends on physical activity, diet, nutrition, environmental factors, genetics in future.

Sonam PrasadMom of a 9 yr 9 m old boy7 years agoA. you have to give exclusively breastfeeding to your baby till 6 months in every 2 to 3 hours or when baby demands because Breast milk is one of the best foods for babies under 6 months to gain weight. Since mother’s milk is more nutritious than any other foods, it is good to exclusively breastfeed babies for the first 6 months. If a baby is breast fed, mum needs to eat more nutritious foods to have enough milk supply and to increase the quality of milk I also if mother milk is not sufficient for baby then you can give formula milk t like lactogen and its totally safe to give
