Do I need to give iron drops to my baby . Till now I am only giving D3 drop and baby is now 4 month old.

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. not needed, You should feed only breast feeds as complete food to your baby for the first 6 months of life. In the addition Vitamin D drops need to be given for 1 year of age.
