do eating pineapple affect lactating or productive of milk??

A. Nope not at all. You can take fruits and fruit juices.Pineapple is actually a good source of fibre and also nutrients like vitamin C and minerals. It has no effect on breast milk production or quality

A. Hello dear, You can eat pineapple and other citrus food as they don't change the pH level of maternal plasma in breastfeed. Simultaneously, I would suggest to Breastfeed her on demand. You should make your food diet healthy and nutritious.
