Do babies sleep more if they're tired?

ExpertDr.Rasika ThosarPaediatric Intensivist5 years agoA. yes it's possible but make sure baby is feeding well maintain calm environment, dim lights at night even during feeding. keep the day activity in bright light , do minimum interaction with baby at night. swaddle well till 3 months of age. make use of her favourite blanket/ toy, so they feel secure.

Since you haven’t mentioned the age of your child so I really cannot comment on the time of sleep as per the age. But in normal every single human being who is tired search for a longer time and that’s completely common and normal so don’t worry about if your child is over sleeping certain time
