Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. This may due to either allergy or infection and some times due to climate changes and temperature variations .
For cold you can give syp allegra 2.5 ml twice daily to the child.
try to prevent temperature variations around the child and give nasal saline drops frequently for nasal blockage, simple cough and cold. Indirect steam is helpful.
Home remedies like Tulsi Ginger diluted with water combination (honey can be added after c1 year age)and turmeric with milk at least 2 times per day.
Give warm water to drink
If no improvementc in 2 or 3 days then meet your doctor
paracetamol for fever and pain.

Look your child is too small it would be good for you to get it checked with your doctor do not give any medicine without your doctors advice so kindly get a check up done with your doctor your paediatrician would be able to help you with right medicine to follow
