disodium hydrogen citrate syrup alka fresh can I give this syrup to my 10 months baby for urinary infection

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children1 Year agoA. not for ten months of baby. There can be lot of individual variation in the problem sometimes there is need to do physical examination and if required for investigations also to come to the diagnosis and give appropriate advice ok
