Well that were completely depends as to what time is your child going to sleep if your child sleeps by 10 o’clock in the night or something and you can easily give dinner by 7:30 PM to the child’s hand before sleeping you can offer milk to the child of this with the stomach of the child is going to be full for a longer durationWrite Your Answer Here
