Sonam PrasadMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hi dear After the first few days normal bowel movements are yellow and formed in formula-fed babies and may occur once or twice a day, sometimes more often. Breastfed babies have soft, seedy, yellow-green bowel movements several times a day, as often as every few hours with feedings.
