You can choose anyone both are best rather than this you should also give home-made food to your baby. And you can start giving cereals, Chapati, oats, ragi, egg, coconut water, vegetables, fruits, rice. All these things are very healthy for babies and contains all the nutrition is baby need regular diet plan
