A. Dear ma'am, both are infant foods only. The brand names are different. That's all. However it is safe and hygienic to prepare the same porridge at home. You can try ragi or rice porridge without adding sugar or salt. It can be cooked in water itself. Do not start cow milk before one year.

A. cerelac contains milk whereas nestum doesnt contain milk with the cereals
