Give your baby seasonal fruits and vegetables along with superfoods like ragi, nuts, moong dal, curd etc. Sample plan - ragi kheer for breakfast, banana as mid meal, dosa + chutney for lunch, lassi for snack, moong dal khichdi for dinner, milk + almonds before bedtime.
