9am break fast as poha cheela upma idli uthapam dosa cornflakes chocos
11am any fruit as papaya pear sapota apple banana
1.30pm lunch as rice dal sabji raita and salad
4.30pm snacks as vegetables cutlet potato tikka bread pakoda
7.30pm dinner as dal roti doodh roti stuffed parantha
10pm a cup of milk..
