A. Hi, you can give variety of homecooked foods to him.and avoid outside processed, junk and fried foods. include roti, paratha, rice and daliya recipes with veggies, dals, sprouts and pulses, milk, paneer, milk shakes, fresh and seasonal fruits and vegetables, nuts and dried fruits, porridge, sheera, veg upma, poha, pancake, chilla, idli, dosa, dhokla, healthy fats ghee in required quantity, egg, chicken fish if non-vegetarian, etc And adequate water for hydration. try to offer some handy snacks in between after 2 hours avoid force feeding.

A. Hi, 8 AM-breakfast and a glass of milkshake 11 AM-Fruit bowl with honey and dry fruits powder or salad 1 PM-rice and dal, rice and Sambar or khichadi with curd rice and vegetable fry 4 PM-any fruit juice or fruit 7 PM-dinner. Before sleeping you can give a glass of milk. With this you can give buttermilk, vegetable soup, milkshakes, coconut water. Make your own timetable so that you can cover different type of pulses, veggies, fruits.
