8 AM-breakfast and a glass of milkshake

4 PM-any fruit juice or fruit
7 PM-dinner. Before sleeping you can give a glass of milk. With this you can give buttermilk, vegetable soup, milkshakes, coconut water. Make your own timetable so that you can cover different type of pulses, veggies, fruits.
