Hi mom, Hi , You should give a healthy and balanced diet for baby's proper physical and mental development..For 1 year old baby you should include foods from all food groups.like milk and milk products, pulses and grains, fruits and vegetables especially green leafy veggies,fish and eggs also give dry fruits like walnuts and almonds in powdered form.

Hello It is just going to be the same that you are eating there is no difference in terms of food to be given to the child after the age of 11 months it is that the consistency of the food may vary but the food that you are going to give to the child is just going to be the same
