ExpertRamya RamachandranNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear ma’am, how old is your child? If less than one year then continue breastfeeding. And you can give three meals and one healthy snack in the form of fruit / boiled and mashed Sundal/ soups etc in addition to breastfeeding
