Have seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables.
Have proteins like eggs, beans, pulses, low fat milk and milk products.
Have healthy fats from almonds, flaxseed.
Have adequate fluid intake.

U Can I have basic food that you want to have like Roti sabji Dal rice whatever you want to eat just try to eat mostly home-cooked food avoid having refined flour and heavy things like Chole rajma you can have all kind of non-vegetarian food also with mild spices into it just avoid having mutton for some more time
