give lots of water, coconut water, citrus fruits, sugarcane . easy to digest meal like gravy moong daal khichadi with little curd...Avoid roti for initial few days...U can cook sooji cheela with less ghee nd serve...

Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. hi mom try to give good calories and proteins avoid fried ,packaged or additives in food give rice dal mix veg dal khichdi soup rice. I would recommend you to give more of potato avoid giving anything which contains turmeric it is advisable that you should try to give rice more instead of giving chapati to the child.
