do not skip meals or any nutrients avoid fasting and long gaps between meals,
add seasonal fruits and vegetables specially green leafy vegetables, avoid mango, banana, chiku, alu, roots and tubers
include daily physical activity along with diet
NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. if the person is having diabetic then it would be better to avoid sugar based food and natural sugars are safe to be taken in a limited amount and if there is higher level of sugar until then have to go with medication or insulin if required and avoid rice and try with ragi aur Jowar which would be better
