ExpertSHRUTI KANCHANLactation Educator and Counselor2 years agoA. 2 meals a day which dense in nutrition primarily iron, protein and calcium. As baby progresses to next month add one more meal. Like at 8 months - 3 meal 9 months - 4 meal 10 months - 5 meal And continue 5 meals from here on
