Ma’am It is a specific diet chart for a four year old child after the age of 12 months it’s always recommended to start giving everything that you eat yourself whatever you are preparing at home in terms of breakfast lunch and dinner you should be giving the same food to the child as that’s the right kind of diet plan that you should follow
