Hello mom from the age appropriate one no much restrictions is their interms of foods they can be given food from what is normally been made at home , you can also introduce the child to animal milk preferably cows milk , whole eggs and non veg food can be Given if preferred, also dry fruits would be good .
3 main meals and 2 time snacks pattern can be started
