A. Hi you should have a healthy and balanced diet, include lots of fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet specially green leafy vegetables, have milk and milk products and drink lots of water..Just avoid oily and spicy foods

As a breast feeding mother it is advisable that u should take green vegetable, dry fruits, fruits, egg, milk in ur regular diet plan so as to avoid any kind of weakness for urself as well as to feed ur baby healthy Avoid gassy food like cauliflower brinjal Avoid spicy food Avoid junk To improve breast milk u need to take 3-4 it's in a day Green vegetable Fox nuts ( makhane) roasted with shatavari n milk 1 LTR of milk in a day Fenugreek seeds in the morning with milk
